Our new head chef at Dar Baba

Patrice Guillemot – Chef de Cuisine Dar Baba. French, self-taught and passionate, he moved to Spain at a very young age, in the south of Catalonia where he opened his first restaurant “El Taller de Cocina Carmen Guillemot” more than 15 years ago.

He decides to go abroad but this time to London. Certainly one of the most cosmopolitan cities and rich in influences.
